How to produce the rail clamps

For materials of rail clamps, Q235 by forging, ZG35 of cast steel and QT500-7 cast iron are top 3 choices, based on our former production experience.
The rail clamp is mainly composed of the base, indenter head, tongue, bolt, nut and washers. The rail clamp is mainly used to reliable fixed joint the crane rail and the ground, along the full length of the track arrangement, assembled one set every 500mm, symmetrically on the two sides of the track. When the crane is running on the rails, the rail clamp can withstand the vertical and lateral impact force, and the additional lateral force generated by the crane skewed operation.

One is rail clamp made by casting + shot blasting
Normally the material can be: Ductile iron QT400-15, QT450-10, QT500-7, QT600-3, QT700-2, ZG25, ZG35, ZG45
The other way is made by forging:
Material can be: 35# steel, 45# steel, Q235, 65Mn;
