Application

4. Crane beam structural form: this welded type of rail fixing clamp set is mainly used to fix the steel crane beam track, also can be used to rebuild the old concrete crane beam and the track of the ground transportation equipment.
5. After a little modification, it can also be used for crane beam ground transportation equipment with horizontal guiding wheel or elastic underlay of track, special requirements.
Quality requirements
The Welded WJK QU80 rail clamp contains below components:
(1) Upper cover plate, base plate, adjustment plate's material : Zg270-500. The material accord with 5676-85 standard. Producing process is lost wax precision casting. Class II, dimensional deviation in line with class J Z 67-2 II accuracy requirements.
(2) The bolt and nut are made of Q235BF steel, the mechanical properties and chemical composition are in accordance with GB700-88 standard, the surface accuracy of the bolt is 12.5, the nut is in accordance with GB 6170-86 standard.
(3) The plain washer is made of Q235AF steel and its fabrication requirements are in accordance with GB97.1-85.
(4) The spring washer is made of 65Mn or 60si2Mn steel, the material is in accordance with 1222-84 standard, the manufacture requirement is in accordance with GB93-87 standard.
