A wrench on rail anchor is a tool that helps to install rail anchors on the flange of a rail. Rail anchors are devices that prevent the longitudinal movement of the rail. A wrench on rail anchor has an elongated handle and a shoe that fits over the hook end of the rail anchor. By rotating the handle, the shoe forces the rail anchor to clamp onto the rail flange.
