Railway fastening System 336 for metro slab track
It is a rail fastening system for ballastless concrete and steel structure. For system 336, a highly elastic elastomer-intermediate plate made of cellentic is used in order to ensure an effective reduction in vibration emission by means of an elastically supported rail. This system is suitable for standard-gauge railways as well as for urban light railways and can be adapted to local conditions as a result of their high flexibility. It reduces transmission of vibration to the concrete and structure and therefore reduces noise to the foundation of adjacent buildings.
This system includes below components:
1. The W-shape of the Skl 24 rail clips
2. A plastic rail pad
3. Plastic gauge adjustment bushes
4. The ribbed base plate
5. A highly elastic elastomer made of cellentic (≥ 8 kN/mm)
6. An intermediate plate
