DT series rail fastening systems are specially designed for urban rail transit underground lines. There are DTI, DTII, DTIII, DTIV, DTVI and DTVII models. Each model is also divided into different improvement types. For example, DTIII-2 is the DTIII Improved fasteners. DT series fasteners are widely used in urban rail transit underground monolithic track beds.
DTVI-2 rail fastenening system
1.DTVI-2 rail fastenening system is elastically separated type, suitable for 60kg/m steel rails, tunnels, U-shaped structures and ground sleeper-type integral track beds.
2. The crimping parts are DI tension clamp (φ18), which are divided into two types based on the using place: middle and end. The gauge pads are divided into middle and end, too. Each with four numbers of 6, 8, 10, and 12 gauge spare; No.6 and 12 are prepared for gauge adjustment.
3. Fastener technical data:
(1) The buckle pressure of a single tension clamp using the middle is 8.25kN, and the elastic range is 10.5mm;
(2) The buckle pressure of a single tension clamp using the end is 8.5kN, and the elastic range is 9.5mm;
(3) The vertical static stiffness of the fastener node is 20 ~ 40kN/mm;
(4) The transverse fatigue load: 35kN, the load cycle: 3X106 times;
(5) The anti-climb resistance of a set of fasteners is not less than 11.5kN;
(6) The pullout resistance of the embedded nylon casing is greater than 60kN;
(7) The resistance values of the insulating parts of the fasteners are all greater than 108Ω;
(8) The gauge adjustment is +8, -12mm; the horizontal adjustment is generally 20mm.
