DTIII-2 type railway fastening system
The tension clamp IV type fastener is designed to meet the operating conditions of passenger dedicated lines. For the line conditions of laying prestressed concrete ballast tracks without shoulder sleeper, and according to the "Temporary technical conditions for fastener system of passenger dedicated lines", this non-shoulder and no-bolt fastener system was designed based on the original tension clamp III type fastener system, after years of in-depth research and a large number of tests to optimize and improve.
The tension clamp IV type fastener system focuses on the optimization and improvement of the following aspects:
1) Further optimization of the structure of the tension clamp, reducing its working stress and reducing residual deformation;
2) The physical properties of the rubber pad are in line with UIC standards;
3)For precise adjustment of the gauge, the number of rail insulator is configured according to the first level of 1mm;
4) Higher requirements are put forward for the manufacturing acceptance of the parts.
