The angled guide plates lead the forces introduced into the rail by rolling stock in the base plate first and then into the concrete. In this way, the screw-dowel combinations are not loaded by shearing and bending forces. The design additionally supports tilting protection. Different widths can regulate the gauge.
The Angle guide plates are made of PA6/ Nylon6; PA66 / Nylon66 with glass reinforcement for durability and strength, high electric insulation.
The track adjustment of +/10mm can be made through angle guide plate WFP, to keep the rail on the track.
