Rail clamp is a vital part of railway fastening system, it was used similarly as a elastic rail clip, just they are used on different types of rail fasteners. Rail clamp is used between the rail tie plate and the rail bolts, for fixing the steel rail and maintaining its lateral position, while allowing the necessary longitudinal motion of the device.
MTH Rail clamping plates are drop forged of C45 + N and assembled using 10.9 HV or 8.8 screws. Assembly must comply with the relevant building supervision authority permit. The connection can be undone at any time. This makes MTH clamping plates an economical form of connection. We can supply Rail clamping plates in 10 variants. They can thus be used for any normal purpose.
